The text is choppy at best, saying to "keep it aside" instead of 'set it aside." The recipe for banana bread calls for 3/4 c whole wheat flour but finished with 1/3 c stevia which, BTW isn't added to the prep. I've only had stevia in small packets and can't imagine 1/3 of a cup of it.A recipe calls for 1/5 lb. boneless chicken breasts to make popcorn chicken for four servings. That's only 3 ounces total meat. Go figure.The cover announces 'with pictures'. Yeah, blurry B&W shots that are hard to distinguish. Even the "Anti-Inflammatory Diet Pyramid" is a shadowy representation of a food pyramid that has tiny type and is also is quite blurry..Someone put their heart and soul in this book. There are 39 footnotes at the end of the book showing the research done. Proper editing and focused pictures would help. Accurate measurements are imperative. Sorry, I was hoping it would be put together better.
